Assassins Creed Valhalla is set in the 9th century during the Viking Age and follows the story of Eivor, a Viking raider who leads a group of Norsemen to England in search of a new home.

The game features a sprawling open world that encompasses various regions of England. Players can explore diverse landscapes, including cities, villages, and wilderness areas.

As a Viking leader, players can conduct raids on enemy settlements and build their own Viking settlement, improving it over time by constructing new buildings and recruiting settlers.
